I'm Back!


Revisiting Baguio...




The last time I went to Baguio with a group was in 1994. It was a class field trip.

Year 1998 when I decided to live in Baguio for 5 years, which was extended to 7, then 8, which became 8 years and 8 months.


I was supposed to go there during the flower festival last February but thinking about the over 1 million people na makakabanggaan ko sa daan, I changed my mind.


Two weeks ago, our team planned a trip…to
Baguio. We were there last Saturday-Sunday.

Too lazy to write, I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.

  2. One of my favorite places sa Pinas ang Baguio at every year pumupunta talaga ko dito to work and recreate also. Been to this year's flower festival too.

    And as what your pics show, talagang nag-enjoy naman kayo.

  5. Kris Jasper, pareho kau ni Cedeux, di pa nakakapunta. Nagsawa ako sa Baguio dati pero ngayun, miss ko lagi.

    lawstude, same here. I love Baguio, kahit sinisira lang siya ng mga nakaupo sa city hall. Amf!

    r-yo, ndi naman masiyado nag-enjoy. hehe. Yup, masaya pag madami. May mga ghost stories pa kami. Maybe i'd blog about it too, pag di ako tamarin.

  7. Naala-ala ko tuloy ang kabataan ko. Dyan ako nag- nagpre-nursing. sayang hindi nyo naabutan ang baguio noong araw- kakaunti ang tao kakaunti ang bahay at building. Sobrang greeny at napaka bulaklakin ng ibat-ibang kulay ang mga dahliah sa burnham park at right park, mansion house, laging umaambon pag hapon at napakaginaw at sobra ang fogs sa umaga.

  9. Hi Ely : ) Buti ka pa you've been to Baguio several times already. Inggit naman ako. I've never been there. But hopefully, this year makakapunta din ako dun.

  11. ok talaga pag barkada ang kasama sa Baguio. puro pasyal lang ang aatupagin. hehe.. my most memorable Baguio visit... nasa name ko ang link ng story (haha! plugging!)

  13. i've took my college years there and planned to stay there for good once i am already settled.
    looking at you're pictures reminded me of so many memories.

    skyworld (the wagwagan), just ako unang nag past out sa madaling araw after makipag inuman.

    volante, is my favorite place to hang out.

    shet! buhay pa ang st. bernard na yan madalas nakatambay sa burnham and i wonder kung naglilibot pa rin yung rotweiler na may dalang basket sa session road...hmmm. memories...
    actually, dahil dito i am planning to go up next weekend. woohooo!!!

  15. Honney, Ok lang un, nag-Bora ka naman. :)

    Nanay Belen, naririnig ko nga po mga kwentong Baguio noon. Wala pa daw mga bahay-bahay sa bundok, at konti pa lang tao, di tulad ngayon na crowded na, at mga pine trees sa malayo na lang makikita.

  18. wandering commuter, Dun din ako nag-college. kakamiss! Favorite ko din Volante kaya pumunta talaga ako dun kahit wala sa plano namin. Matagal na pala ung St. Bernard dun? LOL, noon ko lang nakita. Ingat sa byahe! Madami na tao next week, andun na mga studyante. :)

  20. Looks like you had genuine fun in Baguio, ah.

    If I have to choose another place to live in, aside from Manila, Davao and Cebu, it's gonna be Baguio. The atmosphere there is so relaxed.

    abaniko, good atmosphere indeed. Crowded na ang Baguio pero madami pa rin mga places na magaganda.
