Puto Bumbong
Today, I had my first simbang gabi for this year; and eaten my first ever puto bumbong too!
Our province, Ilocos Sur, may be known for it's famous bibingka and kakanin, but I've never tasted a puto bumbong before! I don't even know how it looks like. I bought one outside the church this morning out of curiousity.
